Nothing! We only get paid if you win and the cost of your lawsuit is contingent on your success. Our firm will pay for all of the costs associated with the investigation of your case. You pay nothing until we win! If we are unsuccessful in obtaining a settlement or verdict in your favor, we pay for all the costs associated with investigating and litigating your case as long as you act responsibly in cooperating with us to pursue your interests.
How do I know if I have a good case?

What will I have to do?
Your initial responsibility will be simple. Contact us for a free consultation. If you don't already have your records, Melanie will advise you of the materials that we will need to start investigating your case. If Melanie accepts your case and you decide to move forward with the law suit, then you will be responsible for assisting us in obtaining your personal records and information. We may also need your help in identifying key witnesses.
